I had such a wonderful experience purchasing my 2027 Chevy Equinox from Healy Chevrolet! My sales consultant Phillip “Duke” Duquesne was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was incredibly knowledgeable, charismatic, genuine, and personable, and he made the entire process feel so much easier. I was feeling pretty anxious about purchasing a new car, and he was so patient and understanding with me the entire time. I never felt rushed or pressured, and he gave me plenty of time to ask every question I had (and there were a lot!). He took the time to walk me through all the ins and outs of my new Equinox and made sure I felt comfortable and confident before I left. What stood out to me the most was how genuine he was. It never felt like he was just trying to make a sale — it felt like he truly cared about making sure I was happy with my decision and understood everything about my new vehicle. His personality, patience, and knowledge made what could have been a very stressful experience such a positive and exciting one. I was just at Healy to have my car serviced and I can say it was an overall great experience they diagnose, my vehicle, let me know what the repairs would cost showed me video and let me make the option of what the car needed and what can be afforded, I will be bringing the car back in a timely fashion to get other repairs done. Thank you, Healy, I had a great overall experience. It will be back soon.

Phil D. was great. He took his time and didn't rush or pressure us, which was much appreciated. The bathroom was spotless. Overall, a good experience. And we saw the coolest car!!

Healey Chevrolet has been my go to service/dealership since I purchased my vehicle in 2022. All good experience! Unfortunately my sales man is no longer there, but he was great! And my 2019 Equinox has been a great vehicle to me! They've done right by me! And has earned my trust thus far! I've had many very bad experiences with multiple dealerships. But not Healey! So thank you! A couple weeks ago we brought both our vehicles in. One for a locked up caliper the other just a state inspection. (Miguel Villanueva our service advisor) took great care of my wife and I! Very friendly trustworthy kind guy! And did as much as he could to lessen the hurt of our wallet! We greatly appreciate what he did! We will see him next time we go there!
